First Aid Kit

First Aid Kit, a Swedish sisterly duo from the suburbs, first came to light in 2007 after their signing with Rabid Records. After the release of their 2008 EP 'Drunken Trees' and it's re-issuing a year later, it was with their cover of Fleet Foxes' 'Tiger Mountain Peasant Song' that the band really began to spread their timid yet retro folk feel. In 2010 their debut album 'The Big Black & Blue' was released and their delicate native woodland charm was taken worldwide, with tours all the way across Europe and America. First Aid Kit have collaborated with both the likes of Bright Eyes and Jack White.
